equality, concerns the despair and desire for revenge felt by Polish 
hairdesser Karol when his French wife Dominique (Julie Delpy) divorces him 
after six months of unconsummated marriage in Paris. After a macabre 
transaction with a fellow expatriate enables him to return to Poland, he 
starts afresh and directs his newly developed cunning to reignite 
Dominique's love.
Directed by Krzystof Kieslowski, this is the second film of the Trois 
Couleurs trilogy.  In French and Polish with English subtitles.
